Happy Friday, book friends! It’s day two of new student orientation and I have lost all sense of time, but thankfully, my phone calendar reminded me that today is a very special day for miss Azula.

Two years ago today, Andy and I drove out to meet a cute little puppy and brought her home with us. It’s Azula’s Gotcha Day! It also happens to be National Dog Day, which we didn’t plan but which did work out pretty nicely.

I don’t have much energy for our full weekly pupdate but didn’t want to let the anniversary of Azula joining our family pass by without sharing a few baby Azula pics with her book friends!
