WHAT WAS THE LAST BOOK YOU READ?

A Lady for a Duke by Alexis Hall

DID THIS BOOK MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS?

My expectations were lukewarm for this one since I didn’t love Rosaline Palmer Takes the Cake as much as I wanted to. So, my lukewarm reaction to this book overall did meet my expectations.

WILL YOU RECOMMEND THIS BOOK TO OTHERS?

Yes, definitely! It’s an interesting read and a phenomenal premise. Just a bit slow through the middle with a bit too much mutual pining.

The Family Compound* by Liz Parker

WHY DID YOU PICK THIS BOOK?

Honestly? A publisher emailed to let me know Parker had a new book coming out after I enjoyed All Are Welcome last year. So, I’m on the blog tour for her latest and that means it’s time to read and review!

HOW MUCH TIME DO YOU THINK YOU’LL TAKE TO FINISH YOUR CURRENT READ?

I’ve got a deadline because I need to post my review by the blog tour date. So at most, two more weeks!


WHAT GENRE WOULD YOU LIKE TO READ NEXT?

Hmmmm. That’s a great question. I feel like I neer know the answer until I’m actually picking my next read. So, TBD.

WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO PICK: A LONG READ OR A SHORT READ?

I’m trending towards medium to short reads lately, so probably something on the not-so-long side.
