Happy Friday, book friends! It’s another weekend of travel ahead, but thankfully, Azula gets to join us this time! I’m headed to my hometown of Cincinnati, Ohio for my half marathon, and Azula will get to see Grandma and Grandpa (my parents, who she adores).
My husband will be along for the drive this time, which means no solo audiobook time for me and plenty of podcasts instead. I’m enjoying Lucy on the Wild Side enough to debate putting in headphones to finish it, but we’ll see how we do.
I’m bringing my books along, of course, but it’s going to be a busy weekend with the race and visiting with my family and making sure Azula gets her exersize, so I don’t know how much reading I’ll be able to do.
I’ve got to go finish packing and drink some water in preparation for the race tomorrow, so I’ll keep our weekly pupdate short this week. Hope you’ve had a great week, and a great weekend ahead!

As I am reading this a week late, I know you finished your race and did well. Is Lucy a Jack Russell?
Lucy is a Jack Russell mix, yes!
My Bigg was a Jack Russell and had the same build. He was almost all white with spots. Very similar looking.
